Your information regarding Ana de Trevino, wife of Miguel Saenz is
incorrect. I know most people have
Ana as the daughter of Jose Trevino y Quintanilla and Lenor Ayala( I do
too). She is not the daughter of Lenor Ayala. Jose Trevino y
Quintanilla is her father. This document I have inclosed lists her as
bastarda. Ana was born before Jose's coming to Nuevo Leon. I am a
descendant of Ana's. Altogether I descend 4 times from Jose Trevino y
Quintanilla. Also through DIego Ayala and Jose Ayala and one other line
that I am trying to document.

I would like to contact Rene Escobar to see if he knows more. I don't
know how to contact him. If you have contact information for him could
please pass it on to me?

This document by Jose Ramon Garza Guajardo came out just this year. It
was posted at the Geeneral Escobedo
site under historia, under municipalities. I do not know what exactly
was the basis for his statement.
Jose Ramon seems to use a lot of archival information.
