Concepcion VILLARREAL was born about 1874. The 1880 Census lists his age as 6 years. He died on January 13, 1925. See notes on Sabas Villarreal and Calixta Villarreal for reasons I believe Sabas Villarreal and Isabel Ramirez were the parents of Concepcion Villarreal. Another piece of evidence can be found in a Decree of Partition dated May 17,1924 and filed in the Brooks County Records. This decree relates to a legal matter over lands including those currently owned by the heirs of Concepcion Villarreal and Juana Longoria and the heirs of Jose Ruelas. The plaintiff is named as "Concepcion Villarreal Ramirez, et. al."; this indicates that Concepcion's mother's surname was Ramirez. In addition, the legal description of the lands make reference to "the Sabas Villarreal league" in the La Encantada grant, indicating a very probable family relationship between Concepcion and Sabas.
