He married ROSA-MARIA HINOJOSA-DE-BALLI 1772, daughter of JUAN-JOSE HINOJOSA-DE-LA-GARZA and MARIA-ANTONIA-INEZ BALLI-BAEZ-DE-BENAVIDES. She was born March 04, 1753 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and died 1803 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Notes for CAPTAIN JUAN-JOSE-MARIA BALLI-GUERRA:
In 1778 he received the title of the land grant of 53,140.8 acres named, La Feria.
On May 29, 1790, he received from the king of Spain, a land grant called the Llano Grande land grant.
