The June 16, 1750 Reynosa lists that Cpt. Carlos Cantu and his wife Maria Gertrudis Cavazos are "vecinos de Monterrey N.L." and that they had six children. The six children were:
1) Anna Josepha Cantu Cavazos, age 21
2) Jose Antonio Cantu Cavazos, age 10
3) Jose Carlos Cantu Cavazos, age 17, baptized 2/17/1733 Monterrey
4) Jose Manuel Cantu Cavazos, age 15
5) Josepha Gertrudis Cantu Cavazos, age 12
6) Phelipe Cantu Cavazos, age 5
I'd suggest searching for an approximate marriage date in Monterrey starting around 1730 and working backwards.
